Thanks Lucy. I start doing your workouts months ago and had been getting great results. Lately i have really fell off the wagon which has left me a bit disillusioned and annoyed at myself for letting all my hard work go to waste. This video could not have come at a better time. Ive already chosen the 3 workouts I'll do before work tomorrow to get me right back on track. Hopefully this will do the trick 😁

Lucy, I love doing your work outs, but I'm having some health issues and mobility issues. Do you have workouts that will do the following: 1. Low impact easy on the joints , 2. Help improve mobility, 3. Help loose the weight or just tone up, 4. Can be done in a small area, 5. Targets all areas with focus segments. Let me know if you do.
