I love modifications for jumping exercises 👏 there are reasons why I can't do the normal jump workouts (neighbours, knee pain, big chest)

Thank you for this. Due to 2 concussions 3 weeks apart I now have a permanent rare neurological chronic disease, called Chiari Malformation. With this comes limitations for workouts. And I can't have any GShocks to my neck, have to be super careful. It's hard enough to have any kind of workout/activity plan with this condition as symptoms occur so randomly and unpredictably and research is somewhat limited alot of Drs barely have even heard of it or know anything about it it. So It's wonderful to find a workout like this that can be modified. Thank you so much.

Thanks for this Maddy, side by side is very helpful ❤️ If I'm allowed to give some feedback? Maybe think about changing the title: 'beginner' to modified, because performing an excercise without jumping doesn't always mean someone is a beginner. There can be many factors or reasons for people to modify the movement so that it's still manageable to work through a workout and maintain a proper form or posture.
