The problem is that Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler can't be fast. Their roided bodies can't support any kind of athletic activity besides lifting weights. Ronnie Coleman can't even sprint or he'd bust his knee caps.

Thier is hundreds of workouts for mma. Using pads are used to sharpen up your technique and striking skills. If your going to use this system wear handwraps and gloves. Heavy gloves like 16oz. This would be decent for conditioning but would not reccomend it. Sparring in general is good. A good s&c coach and a shark tank. And hes holding pads to far apart.
