Join me for this 38 Minute Mini Band Cardio Barre Workout. This is a full body workout where we will also build in some strength and toning. If you have mini loop bands you can add them in, but if you don’t have the bands you can still do the workout just using bodyweight. Link to my favorite bands is listed below. Options for all fitness levels.

I normally do your dumbell workouts, but I had some bands from my previous physical therapy exercises, so I gave this a try. It was surprisingly effective and worked my muscles differently than weights. Thanks for mixing it up!

This is such a great switch from using dumbells and Kettlebells. The combination of Barre and ab exercises and using the bands felt amazing! And the cardio and mobility moves in-between really kept my heart rate up. Loved it! 💗

Great workout! Perfect for vacation as easy to pack the bands and it doesn’t require much space.
When I first watched the video, My thought was : Wow, Amy looks so graceful with these moves and it should be easy since it's on active recovery day of your workout calendar. But I was so wrong about the easy part 🥵 It wasn't easy at all 🔥🔥 All the muscles felt the BURN 🔥🔥 and the heart rate was UP the entire time. Thanks Amy for such wonderful workouts! 💖❤️💖
