If your not on the sauce please, don't squat everyday.
I normal person wouldn't last a week squatting like this everyday because a natty body takes longer to recover. I squatted 405 the other day my body took 2 days to recover. Now tell me to squat everyday natty, hell no but that's when the juice kicks in.
Why everyday?? It goes against most/all training styles and methods that I've seen…squatting is very demanding…what is the desired effect of day after day after day?? Seems like it cud lead to injury. I'm not trying to be a wise guy…just asking for clarification

i curled, naturally for like 6 months straigh every single day, christmas, my muthfkn birthday everyday i was in the gym bangin arms, like ct said, my arms were complete wreck. huge, but a wreck, i think they got to 17 inchs flexed, but they stalled in their growth, 1 to 2 times week is probably better.
I started this madness today after first finishing chest, triceps and shoulders just to work on my depth. I didn't go past 405×2 because of my back atm. Beast Mike 💪💪👍
