I love the talk Kim gave about her diet during training. Disipline and sacrafice is a big part, sticking to your diet in social events or in any for that matter is not easy.

Mike I'm a long time supporter, and I'm still curious about your whole situation 6 months ago. And I also saw your rap video which I thought was amazing; you sounded just like 50 cent. It would be cool if you made a video on it or if you rap in one of your workout vids. No hate is in this, all love.

The whole "ignore the bad/negative things in life" isn't a healthy way of looking at life – AT ALL. Dealing and moving through negativity and what's ahead of you that may be hard is what makes you stronger, not going about your day thinking it doesn't exist. Dwelling on negativity and dealing with it to grow stronger are two separate things.

I agree I feel failure is lessons which we can learn from or continue to do until we learn from them. Once you stick with a plan and execute it all the way threw you should have your results, unless your plan was flawed.
