Wish I had a gym that encouraged deadlifting more. People always say "you're going to hurt yourself." It's not the exercise that's messed up.

thumbs up if you a guy and you always ask yourself why do we look so stiff doing this type of work and when you look at the woman do her lifts she looks fluid of course she's at alighter-weight but I've seen women squat 225 and they still look more fluid than guys.
guys what we have to understand is it's just how we are built built like some stiff thing.
