HAH ever since I first saw the "Iron Marathon" vid on bench I knew I had to do it on the squat. My first attempt was an epic fail. My buddy quit at set 16 but I was able to get to 17 before my motivation gave out. This last Tuesday I am happy to say that I was able to complete it =). It is such a mind fu#k. One cant just get it done without reaching into the deepest part of your soul (because your heart quit 5 sets ago) and COMMAND that SHIT to get the FU#K UP. Much love and power you my fellow Iron men and women.

I don't get why people are hating on this girl, she did a great job. I can squat max 430, but I'm pretty sure I can't do 210 reps, with light weight. she showed great cardio endurance and strength. normally we should squat lower than parallel, but that's just theoretically speaking. I believe that if a way of training works for you, you should stick to it regardless of what people say. great video as always.
