I had this issue (and a stack of others, due to a broken collar bone when I was 16). In my case it was fixed by extensive work with my physio and gym time to re-balance my body left to right. Took a lot of stability training and concentration to teach myself consciously and subconsciously to distribute the load evenly and fire everything correctly and at the right time.

My suggestion would be to fine a good sports physio and discuss your problems with them. It did wonders for me. 🙂

You funny MrCanadianWitch…… Never jump into another man conversion that don't have shit to do with you BOY. Its funny how people like you talk shit online but will never say it to your face like a real man. Maybe because people like you would find there teeth on the damn floor. I hate dudes that act like women. Learn how to become a real man…. maybe one day you might grow some balls.

Mr. Rashid I just wanted to thank you for taking the time out to do these videos. I also notice that you have real go taste in movies lol. Anyway, regarding your concept of Overtraining, do you think it would be wise to target multiple muscle groups per session i.e Shoulders, Chest, and Legs (Push Day), or should each muscle group have it's own day as you demonstrated? Your insight would be greatly appreciated. God Bless.

I have muscle imbalances as well from training stand up and believe the only logical solution to this issue is to also train in the opposite stance equally. also proper technique when lifting weights and staying conscious of the muscle imbalance during movement is important as well.

some ppl are having this issue cause too small forearms, maybe growing your forearm muscles and stretch will help you.;

I've been training around this problem for around 2 years and things are finally looking up. I got one of those tendonitis tennis elbow straps and took 3 weeks of things that stress your grip. been good for 4 months now.

Reply
Andrew Original August 30, 2013 - 1:52 pm

i started get minor shin spinets from forcing a heavy squat maybe a bit too much, so anyway the first stage was inflamed, it hurt like a cunt for a week and i was limping home from work which i didnt like, i use a lil blender to mix turmeric with orange juice, orange just coz it goes well with turmeric, (fresh) and it cooled down the inflammatory by the morning, it was until i walked to bus stop i realized, Shit my shin dont hurt. and it was gone with in 2 days, BTW this is the second time i did

Yup most of the guys at the gym slap on a fuck ton of weight when doing squats but just go half way. What do I do? Use half the weight and focus on technique, form and depth. I believe if you do things correctly in life, you will be rewarded. But the key is to remain patient and look towards a short goal every time you reach one.
