I agree that gloves are kinda pussy but at the same time callouses and sweaty, bloody grips are kinda gross. I always wear straps so I don't have to put my hands on the grips. Too many dirty paws at my gym. If I had a dollar for every guy who takes a piss without washing their hands I wouldn't have to work anymore.

You should be able to bench 500+ easy in that meet unless you leave it in the gym, hurt yourself, or do some extreme water cut to make a lower weight class.

It will if your not in your 20 years old anymore also if your putting 100% in your bench days your gonna be to darn sore to bench the next day . Everyday enchong won't net you best results in strength ..a split of a light day heavy day will be better then everyday benching …I bench ones a week and put 200% into it so no way n hell em I benching the next day ….been lifting over 33 years …I think my experiance and vids should count for something …thanks

Yooooo anyone know if it matters if you bounce the weight on your chest like mike did? I see people doing this at the gym and just wanted to know, does bouncing really help b/c of momentum? Or is it still just as good as not bouncing it

steroids are you faster recoveryso that you can get back in the gym in 1 day instead of 2 or 3 days, you can't just take a shot and the next day or even 3 days later be cut and get bigger, I've been watching his videos for about a year and he hasn't gotten that much bigger since then and if he were on them he'll be much bigger and pushing 500 by now, I started working out around that time and I notice after working out, I didn't have a pump and I didn't have soreness from my workout, I didn't start getting results until I tried the overtrain method and it works you me.
