Wow! You Sir are Massive! She is knocking out them squats. I'll have to try that with the weights.
My 5 set of lunges (28 reps) on leg day is my cardio during the week.
I've seen folks doing this in the gym a whole lot lately. I've felt a bit uncomfortable doing it because I didn't know if I was doing it right or what, but this works like a mofo. Now, to get my diet more better… These 20 lbs is coming off. 1 Love Mike Rashid.

I like to burpee into a wide stance with the dumbbells and throw a boxing combo, either 1-2, or 3-4, or all of em.
