I have been following your training style for several months now with good results. However, due to the large amount of extra volume I find it impossible to go more than 3 days in a row before taking a break. Sometimes, after heavy leg days with lots of volume I have to take a rest day immediately following. Is that wrong? What's a good rule of thumb?
