u mentioned that squats is more calorie/fat-burning and athleticism-geared than bodybuilding somewhere, i believe, & great cardio. i definitely agree, because i see and definitely feel it when i do pyramid squats. my question tho: is it (or not) proper to do squats almost everyday, particularly if you want to use it as a fat burner more than building muscle, if i feel i have decent-sized legs already? hope that makes sense.. peace

Hey Mike, much respect! I just wanna know if front squats are as just as effective if not more compared to regular squats. My routine consists of a mix of both and by the end my quads and glutes are so burned I walk like i got braces on my legs. Also are you suggesting the high bar position is thus in-turn better than low bar or will they both yield productive results?

Hey Mike. I had practiced Kick Boxing and MMA for several years and competed a bit until i got injured. fairly recently placed my focus on weight lifting and have been doing squats as part of my routine

I have learned through a professional that I have a leg length difference between the right and the left leg of about 1.7 cm and you can see it in my hips as I squat if you look.
My squats have been improving but I'm wondering what you think about standing on something to elevate the shorter leg

whats happenin Mr. Rashid,
i have a life goal of creating a great body and becoming the best that i can be as well as becoming a firefighter. lately i have been realizing that it hard for me to motivate myself to do intense leg workouts because my upper body is stronger than my lower body and i feel that it should be the complete opposite. i feel that this problem and it kind of sends me into a doubtable state of mind. if you do every read this…how do i get out of this leg day depression

Check out a channel called 3DMJ, they have a bunch of videos on how to do exercises for people with spine disorders and stuff. Plus they're REALLY informative when it comes to nutrition and bodybuilding as a whole.

i squat 5 times a week and my quads hams and glutes got so big i had to change my pants. its more likely hes not stimulating the legs properly because of the high rep range. he should try squatting 8×3 or 5×5

Perk of being fat for 22 years: Legs are swole as FUCK without having to do SHIEEET! 17 inch calves, 27 inch thighs, and not a single rep. Downside to being fat for 22 years: Pretty much everything except that first thing I mentioned ^^

I'm from Germany and it's in the middle of the night.
I will do some more. Till I can't no more.
And let me tell y'all that. I'm a girl.
