Love this video. Currently working on this myself. The problem I'm running into is the time frame. Can't get 100 reps of 315lbs in under 1 hour, but I'm getting there.

Man, in some ways I envy these guys, they get to do for a living something their real passionate about, just hanging out at the gym, working their ass of all day. I wish I could do that, I love going to the gym, unfortunately because of work and other obligations the most I can manage is usually about an hour a day at the gym

Just so everyone know that's a 60 pound bar so that's 330 pounds for 100 reps not 315

Damn, Mike. Now you got me thinking of crazy, sick shit to do in the gym. I especially like the video you did with Rob Lobliner- the 100 pound dumbbells for a 100 reps. I don't think I can do it with 100s, but I think I can with 80s. I just might give this a try tonight at the gym.

I tried it today and made it all the way through I never juiced a day in my life 22 yrs old you can accomplish this too consistent hard work an prayer mindset is everything

Reply
ETHEREALYOGA October 3, 2015 - 9:32 am

it's actually a little less than 315- the plates are 270 + the bar that is almost 45(as the outside collars are not attched) = almost 315. But, It is still AMAZING as F—K that he gets this many reps of this much weight in this short time!!!!
