Sooo love this 'snuggle with my higher purpose'. Combined with the October 2021 Still -Yoga for Forgiveness, I am now able to move in a positive direction regarding forgiveness. Adrienne-you are a blessing, cannot thank-you enough

This meditation was just what I needed today in conjunction with Yoga for Forgiveness. When she had us draw the mental line up our spines, I felt the energy highway light up. In this totally blissed out moment, I just thought, "whoa." Whoa, indeed. Cheers.

Wow, its humbling and wonderful to re-read my previous post. And finding myself feeling same yet different. I am still humble of this Stillness / this flow. Enjoy the opening practice of being on extended child pose bfr moving to seated position. Am also glad to have stay on to myself , my intention of regular / daily practice with yoga/ YWA/ mindfulness. I am still trying to incorporate more into my lifestyle and finding a better connection of me, self, body & mind. So am still at awe of the series/ themes / YWA team/ Adriene/ community.

Would you consider doing a meditation guided for victims of domestic abuse that face fear, anxiety and worthlessness, at the hands of someone mentally ill, who has unfortunately a sick amount of control?
Sort of similar to the new yoga video you put out "yoga for when you are scared"
I really appreciated that one. I kind of felt like maybe it stemmed from my request a few months ago for a yoga practice for DV victims that are terrorized on a daily basis.
There's a lot out there on YouTube, but I have a hard time truly meditating to few other guides, besides you
Thank you for all you do. You keep me sane and stretched and in less pain physically and mentally, than I could put into words 💞

i have started doing your yoga and meditation again because I had a panic attack this past Saturday and my pulse was still in the 100's so I went to my doctor and he prescribed me an anti-anxiety med but I have not had to take it because doing your yoga and meditation day and night have helped to manage my feelings that I was having and has been lowering my pulse rate back to where it should be so thank you Adriene and I will keep doing these practices every morning and night because they help me so much with getting in tune with myself.
