Incorrect biomechanics is considered bad form…. those exercises need a complete overhaul…. you're also using improper breathing…. you're breathing like you're doing a one-rep Max…. over taxing your nervous system makes you a hardgainer, subsequently you won't be able to recover from your workout to workouts!
Always stick to these supersets, these were some class series’s
