This routine is all about overcoming plateaus and pushing through the excruciating pain of burning forearms! As with the previous “MAXIMUM GROWTH” workouts, we are utilizing a 1 — 1 — 3 TEMPO to focus on “time under tension” or (TUT) to build some serious muscle! In order to stimulate more muscle fibers during each exercise I will be using my 2.0 Iron Bull Strength Grips. You don’t need them to do the workout, but as you will see from the video they make each exercise much more challenging! #HTH

• 5 exercises
• 2 supersets
• TEMPO: 1 — 1 — 3
• 3 sets of 8 reps per exercise
• 45 second rest between each set

(4:32)- Set 2- Close-Grip Bent-Over Row & Dumbbell Pull-Over

(10:09)- Superset 2
(11:03)- Set 1- Chin-Up & Barbell Bent-Over Row (Wide Grip)
(13:43)- Set 2- Chin-Up & Barbell Bent-Over Row (Wide Grip)
(17:00)- Set 3- Chin-Up & Barbell Bent-Over Row (Wide Grip)

I feel like every back work out should have dumbbell rows… you should add that to the pull ups for your last exercise imo

I am sorry guys, but it does not seem to work with beginners like me.. especially the pull ups part!
I mean the guy is a pro and  he barely could do them at the end, how are we supposed to go this far!
Has anybody here tried this and did it work?

I do motocross and suffer from armpump a lot, were your forearms pump up that much you can't hold onto the handbars. Will these bull grips help me out? Great vid btw

Also, great to see REAL pull-ups. Slow, controlled, form motion. Amen.
I feel for these poor marines and crossfitters-kipping is bad for rotator cuffs.
Cheating exercises have there place, but can't be your meat and potatahs'!
