I think this was a fantastic instructional video for the beginner (me). I absolutely loved how you built upon the moves and ultimately took us through a complete graceful flow. I have never done a video like this before, and I loved feeling it all come together!

I cant do the vinyasa because I don't have enough arm or core strength. Should I start by doing arm workouts that focus mainly on the triceps and ab workouts to speed up the process?

Do you ladies have any tips for sore wrists? I've knit and crocheted for most of my life, and I think that has something to do with my pain. I don't usually notice it, except when I do vinyasa. Any suggestions?

LOVED LOVED LOVED this routine. I've been trying to get on the Yoga train for a while now and have tried numerous videos, and while other videos are good, this is the first time that I actually felt the "flow" of Yoga and was actually able to go through a set of moves.
