Watch me run a marathon in this calorie blast challenge for part 1 of my cardio vs. weights challenge! A lot of you ask me why I don’t recommend using cardio if your goal is only fatloss so I thought I’d put it to the test and go ahead and run a marathon!

Natacha is a machine and we love her but we regular people should not run a marathon without preparation. Just set realistic goals, you'll improve without injuries

But seriously I didn't realize that was a thing, because I was always afraid of getting stomach cramps. 🤯 Not that I ever exercised for more than 2 hours LOL.
