they say squats and deadlifts are dangerous, they say you should work to failure each time, they say arching in the bench press is wrong (even mild arch) they say rows are dangerous… and they dont support reall old fashion bodybuilding routines like SL and reg park's 5×5. they baiscly have the same useless methods as muscle magazines which are meant for steroided users… people with lesser genetics would never see results from their ideas (trust me i know)

im afraid of squats…was afraid of barbells and now im improving now that i stopped isolation exercises…funny on machines i benched 215…sore as hell on 115 on the real thing…regret not doing it…afraid of bad form even tho i constantly watch u and people at the gym…and i bet smith machines are worthless too..
