The fact that he's still hanging around at this level of leannes weeks after the Arnold is really impressive. This man had a godtier contest prep

Akim got good conditioning, Steve looks really muscular at a lot of parts but Luke has the symmetry plus physique flow winning it in my book.

Apart from the awkward looking side tricep, I’d say he looks bang on the money

Low energy routine, holding water as well.

I've become a big fan of Luke. Just live the flow and symmetry of his physique. Verry aesthetic. Posing and transitions are 5henonly thing slowing him down. Also, someone else pointed out the he has done a LOT of travelling. I 5hink that's hurt a small bit. Should've skipped the Arnold Australia and prepped for the INDY.

I like his physique but if he made some improvements to his routine you would be able to appreciate his physique more.

He looked so much better weeks before the show. He was dry a few weeks out but looks like he carbed up too much and spilled over. He was the most balanced guy up there.

I enjoyed watching Luke’s guest videos while he prepared for the Arnold, any chance in having him do another guest series like that?
