I've been doing the 4 minute arms followed by 3 minute arms 5 times a week for a couple months now and my arms are so toned. I have underarm flab still but upping cardio to help with that. Love the arm vids! 💕

love your workouts! I never want to miss them! 😊😊 I have a lot of belly problems. .. I had a baby 14 mos ago and I find that it's so hard to lose my pooch. any workouts u recommend for that?

I am always a day behind due to the time difference between us, but I always get it done. 😀 I am looking forward to the new challenge and I'm trying to get more people to join along. hey Lucy, so I was just on your website and I couldn't find the monthly workout plans! are you still doing them? I haven't been on in a couple months but I used to do the monthly workouts where there was a weekly plan with links to your videos, and it stayed that way for four weeks. I really enjoyed them and was wondering if you still do them? I'd love to get back into it! thanks! Charlotte 💕
