SUPER excited to have found you through Anna Saccone's IG account. Do you have any 'extreme' beginner workouts? I'm over 35, have Fibromyalgia and need to lose at least 40lbs. I haven't been very active (due to the chronic pain from FMS), but want to change that. Unfortunately, when I've done that before I've pushed myself too hard and end up in bed for a day or two and not able to move much for a week or so afterwards. I just need something 'fairly' slow-paced, but something that will also challenge me a little bit. Other than walking, what do you suggest?
