I have a question about Staggered Leg Deadlifts. Which glute/leg should you feel it most in when doing either side: the leg with the heel on the floor or the opposite leg where your heel is lifted? I always feel it more in the leg who's heel is lifted and was wondering if that's wrong or not.

I have hip issues, and that first part of the workout, with the resistance band, felt great to strengthen the muscles around it. I find that many workouts neglect that area, in general. Thank you for the excellent lower body routine!

Quick question!! I don’t have a step but usually I just use like a chair or something to replace it but I feel like it’s too high and then I overwork. Do you have any suggestions maybe even a book? Or textbook

dear kelli,
after working out for almost two years (more or less consistent) with your videos, i feel a (weirdly) deep emotional connection to you and these workouts. it's like i knew you would give the "halfway through" note and the deep glute stretch. it is so lovely to finally feel home when doing something as cleansing as sweating is.
also i want to thank you for your word at 39:10
my first semester of university and some personal stuff have me really really stressed out, so hearing those words healed so much, i had to cry. thank you so so much for all the love and passion you both put into this project! <3

This was fun! I like bringing in my rarely used step too and the hip band work is so necessary as am over 60 and have Osteoporosis. I can jump lightly but not laterally or vertical but kept it safe modifying when necessary especially forward flexion moves. Thanks this was awesome 👌
