Today’s Low Impact STRENGTH and Cardio Workout focuses on building full body strength while sneaking in some cardio to keep that heart rate up. We are using dumbbells for resistance and keeping our movement low impact with no jumping – be sure to choose a weight that challenges you and allows you to maintain control and proper form. Get ready to power through upper body, lower body and core strength exercises in this killer sweat sesh!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 Strength & Cardio Circuits: 45s work + 15s rest x 2 rounds each

Twice a week I go to the gym for semi-private training. I do your workouts also, on MWF and sometimes the same day as the gym, depending on the focus for the day there. I can feel the difference at the gym from what I'm also doing at home. This workout of yours is so far one of my favorites, especially for the arms and core.

I wish I knew how to find out the artist who sings "I'm so tired of hearing all your stories" about half way through this workout. I did a google search using the lyrics and came up with nothing.

Would love to see more workouts like this, my daughter is recovering from an eating disorder and isn’t allowed to do high intensity workouts. This is perfect for her to help build strength and keep her confidence up. Thank you!
