Twice a week I go to the gym for semi-private training. I do your workouts also, on MWF and sometimes the same day as the gym, depending on the focus for the day there. I can feel the difference at the gym from what I'm also doing at home. This workout of yours is so far one of my favorites, especially for the arms and core.
I wish I knew how to find out the artist who sings "I'm so tired of hearing all your stories" about half way through this workout. I did a google search using the lyrics and came up with nothing.
