Welcome to today’s low impact standing abs workout! We are going to build core strength and improve balance with this series of standing ab exercises. Two sets total today and you can perform each exercise with or without an added weight. Today I’m using a 10lb dumbbell.

Each time you crunch or twist, exhale and draw your belly button to your spine to really activate those core muscles! I love your work out… I have fibromyalgia, bad knees, ankles, and hips thanks to the Marine Corps! So, trying something that won't keep me in bed for the next 2-3 days. I will come back and let you know how it went. Thanks <3

Since I saw your exercise I could tell were possible for me (66 years old). I did them yesterday and loved them. I am planning on doing then every two days combinig with walking as usual . I will let you know the results as you have asked us. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! Keep up the good work. Just low impact! For burning?…..

As I am getting older , my belly is getting big and it is hard to do tab exercise on the mat. This one is just great!

I ♥️ ur work outs I have A chronic arthritis to severe & I can do ur work outs they are not hard to do low impact & a good work out that I can do even in pain

heather has such a sneaky way of turning any concentrated work out into a full body. AB workout also includes some squats and my arms hurt from the weights lol. I swear she is a mad genius.
