Welcome to today’s low impact standing abs workout! We are going to build core strength and improve balance with this series of standing ab exercises. Two sets total today and you can perform each exercise with or without an added weight. Today I’m using a 10lb dumbbell.

Each time you crunch or twist, exhale and draw your belly button to your spine to really activate those core muscles! Since I saw your exercise I could tell were possible for me (66 years old). I did them yesterday and loved them. I am planning on doing then every two days combinig with walking as usual . As I am getting older , my belly is getting big and it is hard to do tab exercise on the mat. This one is just great!

heather has such a sneaky way of turning any concentrated work out into a full body. AB workout also includes some squats and my arms hurt from the weights lol. I swear she is a mad genius.
