I'm so glad you post things like this. I have knee problems, so while I want to do high impact moves it's hard for me to jump a lot. Please do more workouts like this!

I am starting to workout and I wanted to play two 10 minute workouts a day. What would you recommend pairing this type of workout style with? A cardio routine maybe?

Yes i mean it. i know the bad fat is the reason that stopping 6 pack coming outside even we work out well.

This would honestly be better if there was instruction for that weird squat-flail thing which is the VERY FIRST thing they do. That shit is some sorcery, too many movements going on at once.

My mix & match: after my warm up I did ex. 2, 3, 4 & 5 as part of the HIIT workout then had my cooldown. Thanks guys these were tough but fair.
