I love this woman !!!!! I can’t believe how much my body is transforming, omg do this a least 3 times a week, concentrate in breathing and control the moves, eat well and you will see the results, I’m in love with her workouts !!!!!

Wow. I was feeling high impact/intense cardio today, but decided to stick with the Nov 2021 schedule. This was far more intense than I had anticipated – so glad I chose to do it! I did high impact for the last exercise in each circuit, just to get a little extra in there. I am tired!!! Thanks, Heather! 🙂

I’m so proud of myself 🥵😅. I did this workout but I used 5 and 10 lbs dumbbells and modify Climber Push Up with girly push ups for 2nd & 3rd sets. This is coming from a 158 lb woman, 5’4 and a couch potato lol.
Went by so fast even with three rounds each. Adding to my favorites. 11.04.21

i been doing the first 12 week workout of yours and on week 11 but my knees are hurting bad so i decided to do low impact a few days n this was no joke and almost harder then those. sweating nonstop . Burnt more calories too. Would love to see some 35 min AMRAP with weights low impact workouts added for days my knees are hurting . Either way great stuff n thanks!!
