Low Impact Cardio // NO JUMPING Workout
Today’s workout is low impact which is great for beginners, sore joints or if you want to get in a cardio workout with no jumping so you don’t annoy your downstairs neighbors 😉 This is a body weight workout so no equipment is needed – just follow along and do your best!

Small but mighty! Don't let the total workout time fool you — you WILL sweat. This workout incorporates upper/lower body and core bodyweight moves. Perfect for when you're short on time and want to squeeze in an effective workout.

I finished the 12 week challenge and now I'm doing the calendar workouts. I cannot believe that a 15 minute workout could make me sweat like this although I'm quite fit. It's soooo insane!!! This is my number 1 favourite from today
