Heather is one of the few instructors who can make you sweat buckets and get an awesome workout in 20 minutes. Perfect for those of us who may be short on time but still want a great workout. Thanks, Heather!

Only got 12 minutes into the workout for my first try and keep in mind I’m a 200 pound, 5’6 girl but I have a lot of leg muscle and a big chest so I hate doing high impact workouts cause it hurts my chest but this one didn’t! I will say tho it gave me one hell of a workout for those 12 minutes haha! I’ve been working out every single day for a month now trying to lose weight and typically I’ll burn 350 calories within an hour of working out but in these 12 minutes I burned a little over 120 calories and that’s not including the strength training and weight lifting I did before hand that burned like 100 calories!

I'll be trying most of these workouts . I have a broken lower back & torn shoulder & these look like a great rehab workout .

Off topic , how the hell do you workout in a sweater . I'd overheat & be face first in the toilet .

Always a favorite. Soaked in sweat in just 20 minutes. It’s a go-to for those days when I hit the snooze button too many times.

I thought… Oh, just 23 minutes, easy, but… What a 23 minutes! Really really sweaty one, short but challenging! Thanks Heather for your workouts. I love them!

Thanks for the video. I am 53 years old and still like working out but the jumping and super high speed workouts are counterproductive at this point. Keep it up. Also appreciate the lack of fluff and unnecessary chatter.

3/06/2022. Sunday.
I am so out of shape… This was meowable and do-able. No idea how sore I will be, but things have got to change. This will help me heal and work through the illness, injury, and grief. I am grateful.

I like some aspects of your format. No talking or commentary is a plus. I would like it better if you mixed up the circuits a little, meaning, each circuit has a variety of moves and muscle groups to work…instead of relentlessly working one muscle group in a circuit. I find it is harder to get through and quite frankly harder to recover from.

I finished this 2 days ago but I have to modify 2 exercises because I couldn't do them fully 😅 according to my health watch I burned 300 calories! I'm a little bit sore now 😂
