Do this 16 min KNEE FRIENDLY lower body workout #WithMe ! This is a great, low impact, leg or booty workout to do if you have knee pain or discomfort. NO SQUATS, NO LUNGES, NO EQUIPMENT! Feel free to add a booty band in to some of these exercises to increase the intensity.

I would love a knee friendly hiit if you can! this workout was great it was just the leg lift and tap at 11.30min in (what i would probably call a side v-snap) that my base knee struggled with my injury as it sort of replicated a deep squat, so i just didn't do that lifting part. love your videos!
