Are you bringing the coconut protein powder back?? Or a new Perfect Fit flavor? I never got to try the coconut flavor, but I fell in love with Perfect Fit for my morning oatmeal… so now I can't do without it (using pumpkin spice right right 😉) Also, I could hardly do this workout without the legitimate sliders… if anyone is interested in my thoughts on them I have an unboxing video on the TIU sliders and other TIU products 😘❤ xoxo

and, don t you think, working less on endurance of your booty but rather more on strength (e.g. with additional weight) will speed up the "toning" process? Since, In the end, toning is done via muscle growth.

I just want to tell you that you are something else, something special. Because I haven't worked out in 2 years. And all that love your booty talk was exactly the inspiration I needed to stop the cycle of self loathing and get up and have fun and really feel encouraged in the process. I just did 2 of your workouts and I didn't die! Lol I do feel amazing. You make it so approachable and enjoyable thanks so much! Already putting the next workout on my calendar. You guys are the only workout I'm interested in from now on.
