I’m really enjoying these workouts, but I hate lunges! I haven’t got good flexibility, I wish there was a warm up video! I love how you get straight to the point and don’t talk so much! Sorry to other fitness videos but this lady is very motivating! Also a mum to a 1 year old, I’m starting to workout again!

Yikes. Don't eat any food less then one hour before this workout if you don't want to feel a horrible taste coming from stomach to your mouth.

This is great! I would consider this a full body workout, but with a focus on abs/love handles obv 😉 I definitely felt a nice cardio burn.
