I learned much more about Lou Ferrigno. I first learned of him when I was a kid and I watched The Incredible Hulk t.v. series. Thanks.
How tall is lou? He towers over Arnold. He can't just be 6' 5"
Wow! We can clearly see how big a man Lou was on that picture next to Arnold at 2:33 But we also see how Arnold diet and muscle definition was more advanced.
Zane, Coe, Nubret, Mentzer, Bannout, Padilla and many others had superior physiques to Ferrigno in the mid to late 70s/early 80s. Being tall and weighing a lot does not make one a better bodybuilder.
If Lou didn't retire on '75, he could have won the many Olympias.
Ferrigno beats Columo and Zane any day!

The black guy easily had the best physique .
Arnold was clearly so far ahead. Look at his calves vs Arnold's. High peak vs nice Long belly. Arnolds Biceps were so more defined and his waist and core was light years ahead. Lou is someone I really can root for but it was apples and oranges and I believe Lou gave it 100%. He was such a monster

Lou is the only one of all of them that still looks amazing to this day. I have met Arnold in his prime and I worked out with Lou at golds gym in Venice. Both of them were way nicer then I expected, had a longer conversation with Lou who was so humble and down to earth. Was a fan before I met him and even bigger fan after meeting him.

Loved pumping Iron, great memories, Lou was third in the heavyweight class, Franco finished second overall but Franco's back. Jeez that was a wonder.

LOU IS AND WAS BETTER THEN ARNY boy. LOU WAS TO SHAY. AND LOU DIDNT HAVE SUPPORT AND HI WAS NOT COCKY LIKE EJ GERMAN FEGET. BUT ANYWAY LOU IS THE WORLD CHAMPION AND EVERYBODY WHO KNOWS,KNOWS. I STILL WATCH PRINCES AND THE BRIDE WITH MY CHILDREN AND TERMINATOR IS IN THE BIG PAST. LOVE TO LOU
