Big Macs are not a health food, but it also won't kill you. You can bounce back from eating a big mac, slice of pizza etc.

Hey, absolutely loving the podcast, a small suggestion though – I've noticed a tendency for the audio to be a bit too low, could you edit it in post? Thanks!

good video., but disagree with one thing-* the protein intake suggestion . i am 92 kilograms doing calisthenics which is nearly 200 pounds. I dont eat 200 grams of protein no ,way what for. its too stressful for your liver and unnecessery

i am speaking from my own experience. when i lost weight from 250 pounds down to 200 i had protein income between 90-140 and at the end of the diet i have measured myself by professional and i have lost zero percentage muscle according to the result

also if you are doing intermitten fasting which i did and i do. your body can absorb protein better because its ready to eat one or two big meals a day. there is misconception that you shouldnt take more than 30 grams of protein in one meal because your body cant absorb it . its all very individual specific what works for someone doesnt have to work for other one.

Agree with most of the things this dude says just the protein intake is a bit overkill.

Great podcast ED thaks for the content
