I have been working out now for 6 months and i started your walking workout 3 months ago, and i could not finish them when i started LOL but now i can do the entire workout (sweat and all) I love them and thank you so much. I am 52 and was in terrible shape, BUT now i am starting to see a real difference in my body shape and strength!!!!!!!! It feels so GOOD

I have done many, many of your workouts and I love them all. I would like some outdoor virtual walking like the ones you have done. Also, more posture and back fat exercises. Thankyou Lucy for your exercise video's, Ive only just come across your work. I've 58 yrs old and I've had frozen shoulder in both shoulders with nasty neck cramps, while I can't totally lift my arms up that high this has helped tremendously. I have emphysema on top of that so that has helped hugely with my breathing – even though I have to stop all the now n then to catch my breath it is helping!

Hello I did workout with this video so always great and love it but I wonder any feedback workout for hip and lower back need to do well workout because my hip is annoying stiff and sore little hurt same with on my lower back sometime so I would like to know what workout for that part or help mW to feel reduce pain and comfortable.
