This gives you advice on healthy eating and ideas on a healthy caloric deficit which will lead to fat loss, including belly fat loss! Do this 10 min ab home workout and see your body transform. You do this workout for 7 days.

I know this may sound like a silly question but if you get rid of visceral fat does this automatically lose weight on what they call the muffin top? Are they one and the same thing?
