Used my 25 for swings and felt really good. I am so much fitter and stronger and more confident because of your workouts. Thank You for everything you do. I love all the sweat and sculpt workouts. So much fun. I always say this workout is my favorite and then you come out with another workout and I'm like no this is my favorite. But truthfully I love all your workouts everytime I do them. ❤ My kids walked in the room at the end of this workout and asked where you were at! Lol! I workout with you so often they noticed you weren't in your usual space!

I used to be depressed and malnourished but then I decided to turn my life around, male 5'7 and 139 lbs. When I first started doing your kettlebell workouts, with my 17,6 lbs(8kg) kettlebell, I couldn't even keep up for more than 5 minutes, I just gave up. But I kept on doing it everyday.
After 6 months i managed to go through your longest video and more! The results that I've acquired are amazing. Now I'm at 176 lbs. I have even bought myself a new kettlebell of 35 lbs(16kg) and now, again, I can't even keep up with you for more than 5 minutes without taking a break. So now i get the joy of doing it all over again.
Your videos are amazing and they have changed my life. Thank you Amy!
