Great work out, thanks again Amy. Towards the end I was thinking it would be great if you did one with a minute of exercise before the 20 seconds rest but on the second bonus move I realised how tired my body actually its amazing how you keep introducing new moves.

Wow! Perfect 6am workout! I think somehow this was tougher than super set 7 or maybe I'm tired! But this was soo much fun. My husband joined in and did the modifications and had a great time too. The heavy swings at the end were awesome and a great finisher. Thank you for all your hard work providing us with these super fun great workouts.

Love this workout today! I usually struggle through the Superman. Can you talk through that one next time? I don’t know which part I’m suppose to engage…and feel like I’m just going through the motion…and not lifting very much at all.

Why do i weigh more then i look i look lean scence i started your work out bk in may i did lose 15 lbs but why i look lean but scale says 130 its not bad weight but i look leaner

Your superset workouts are a perfect way to train hard and workout the full body in a short amount of time (it feels like only 10 minutes 😉). The bonus round was extra challenging, love it! 👏👏👏

I missed this one live so I just enjoyed it on this lovely day. After a week of rain and cold weather I couldn't stay inside so I pulled everything onto my driveway in the sunshine. I think I entertained the neighbors and FedEx guy! Ha! It really did move quick and it got my heart pumping. Great one!
