I missed the live, didn't notice it was Pacific time but such an awesome workout! Love LOVE Pilates, it's the most challenging even though I do weights more often. Pilates let's me know that I am actually strong not just looking strong ha ha.. because GIRL those side leg lifts and side rotations were 😭😭😭 lol and I LOVE IT!! I love what you're doing, thank you!!💖💖💖

Love your pilates workouts! I have done all of them a lot, and I really feel that especially my hips have improved, more strength and more flexibility. Because of that I have started running again, which I had given up because of an injurie. Now I enjoy running again without any pain! Thanks Amy! :-))
