Hi Scott Thanks for the great exercises. I have another question tho. I have slight patellar tendonitis in my knee, would u say doing band leg extensions will help me cure it? Thx bro

Finally decided to swap out my bro split for a push pull legs programme, can you inspect it for me please?
Push:
– Dumbbell bench press x6
– Dumbbell shoulder press x5
– Reverse grip bench press x6
– Lateral raises x5
– Chest flys x6
– Reverse flys x5
– Tricep dips x6
– Scull crushers x6
Ab work
Pull:
– Overhand grip barbell row x5
– Pull ups x5
– Face pulls x5
– T-bar cable row x5
– Barbell curls x6
– Incline curls x6
– Above the knee rack pulls x6
– Barbell shrugs x6
Ab work
Legs:
– Squats x6
– Calve raises x6
– Quad step ups x6
– Hamstring leg curls x6
– Calve raises x6
– Quad leg extensions x6
– Hamstring leg pulls x6
– Hip adductors x6
– Ab work
Each exercise is either 5-6 sets and 8 reps per set
Can you do a video about this: Can you get 5-6 hrs of sleep at night and about 2 hrs of sleep in the daytime, would that be enough? If yes, would it be better if you get 8 hrs of sleep just at night? #Suggester

Scott I am having trouble with one of Bruce Lee's iconic ab workouts, the Dragon Flag. It feels like the position is hurting my spine in the same place the bar would sit for a squat. It only hurts when my feet are higher in the air but my abs and core are not strong enough to preform these traditionally, where your feet are slightly just off the ground.

Off topic. Is it necessary to alternate arm and leg with single arm and leg planks. I have been doing so because i feel a major imbalance but at the same time it inturrupts the overall tension which is the only real use for a plank to begin with.
