Ammy, I really like your workouts. Thank you for continue posting in your channel. I have a question. I am a 50 y. old woman, I had my youngest son 12 years ago and just recently I found out I have diastasis recti and why no matter how much I exercise I don't loose my belly fat. I've been doing the exercises you have in your diastasis recti videos. Have you meet other ladies with a similar story as mine that have been able to heal their diastasis recti with exercises?

Great workout, thanks! I notice sometimes you say that women won't gain bulky muscles from using heavy weights but I wanted to note that if you weight train and eat with the goal of bulking up (I have some body builder women friends and they are jacked) then women CAN get bulky but you have to really try to make that happen. It's much harder for women and you literally have to eat and train for hours a day to make it happen. However, typical workouts with heavy weights won't bulk you up, as you've noted. 🙂 Thanks for all the great workouts and motivation!
Hello Amy, I'm on the other side of the country in North Carolina and I am so happy to have found your classes. My husband made part of our garage into a gym and I am out there every morning. I like this Taba ata class. I have lost 10 pounds and am building muscle fiber! I love the upper arm flab attack. At 60 years old, I feel stronger than I have in years.. Thank you!
