I love the beginning! It helps me mentally prep and breathe while listening to your introduction. Add too-adorable-for-words heart-melting toddler and I'm instantly more motivated and in the greatest mood to get through this workout.
Any suggestions for an alternative to swings? I have a bulging disc and its one move i simply cant do.
I didn't catch this workout live, but I just did it today and LOVED it! Rocked the whole thing with my 8kg kettlebell. Getting stronger everyday thanks to Amy!! On a completely different note… does anyone else here have pets that get in the way sometimes 😅 My cat usually just lays off the side watching we (probably wondering what the heck I'm doing…) But today he kept getting right in front of while I'm trying to do the swings. It's like he wants a kettlebell to the face…

Good workout – but you need CHECKLISTS! so you don't keep getting cut off. As your kids get older and start to read, checklists will be the best thing you do in your house.
