I have to say Amy…I love all of your workouts. I have just kettlebells at home so always use parts of your workouts. I had a right hip replacement in Sep 20 as I have breast cancer in my bones but I do what I can. I LOVE lifting free weights. Love your kids at the start, I just have the dog trying to lick me as I work out!! My kids are used to me exercising.

I only have a small 4×6 foot space between my bed and TV. I was trying so hard not to hit the the TV with those gunslingers😅
