Thank you for always throwing in modifications for DR! At 9 weeks post partum and wanting to no longer modify, but still have 3 fingers or so at my bellybutton despite feeling super strong, so thank you for including them so I don’t “just do them.”
I'm not one for posting, but I must say that Amy's workouts are consistently great and always different. That keeps me coming back for more. At 57 I've been working out for years but have my share of aches and pains. Amy always shows modifications so I can always complete the workouts and feel great afterwards. She has something for everyone. Her workouts are on my speed dial.
What a great idea Amy! You have put such a lot of thought into theming this workout (I do the same sort of thing for my music students!). No real festivities here sadly as I'm just in the Welsh border in full lockdown again at the moment (so no trick or treating) and England is going back into it from next week. I love Halloween though and all your costumes are fantastic! X
This was great! I do your videos every day. Admittedly I just pick random ones to do without a strategy. Do you have any videos about a weekly plan for workouts? Happy Halloween!

I really love Pilates but it's murder on my knees. Do you have any routines that don't require being on a knee so much?
