I’m so excited to finally announce that 99 days of Summer Fit is going on NOW the BodyFit Athletic Club, and it is 🔥🔥!! Knowing that health encompasses so much more than just fitness, this 14-week summer program will focus on all parts of wellness.

We work in 2-week increments and will include giveaways, weekly challenges, weekly workout schedules, sample meal plans, and of course direct guidance from me and Vivian, our registered dietitian nutritionist who’s an expert in weight loss and health coaching and she shares the BEST recipes!

Oh man I thought my butt muscles where not going to make it in the beginning part! 🤣 Don’t worry I kept going!!! But that bonus move was crazy and fast….couldn’t wrap my head around it 😆. Love it just like all your workouts!!

I really liked the one legged dead lift alternating with the row. I have some lower back pain and staying in the position for the bent over row can be painful, but this was a great solution. Thanks, Amy!!

I don't follow along with your videos as I do weight training and prefer to split upper/lower on different days. However I really like watching because I pick up many tips on proper form and also new exercises – am definitely going to try out that sumo swing

I can't say enough good things about this workout!! So many fun combinations…I can't decide if the side lunges were my favourite combo or the swing plies 🤔…either way this was awesome Amy❤🔥. Enjoy your holiday!

Would these exercises with so much bending be counterindicated for a person with osteoporosis? I can do squats with no problem but I'm not sure about bending with a dumbbell in hand. Thanks.

Once again, thank you! I don't know how you exercise in the heat! (I guess because you have ac?). It was 100 here (not normal) for almost a week.🙄 No AC in my northern home! Did some low key stuff. I just could not take it. It's now at 77. More do-able.😊💪

The single weight workouts are great for when I don’t feel like holding an entire kettlebell or set of dumbbells! You have the BEST workouts on YouTube, without a doubt!!!
