This was great and yet so hard. I was very tight in the hamstrings, and between that and and only having 5s and 12s to switch between, it felt grim. Still, doing it live with Amy always gives me a push to not quit. Thanks, Amy.

Great workout Amy. Being a kettlebell user following along to your workouts for about 6 months, I've resurrected some dumbbells I've actually forgot I had out in the garage – it was great to be able to mix it up and do some different moves. As always I had to mod on the lunges/curtseys to make them more knee friendly, but really enjoyed this workout… repeating it again tomorrow with my heavier weights. 🙂

Nice and tough too!:-))I switched between my 5 kg and 4 kg dumbbells, nice to go heavier or lighter depending on how it feels!:-))And always love seeing your beautiful children in the beginning, they are the cutest!:-))And your outfit looks awesome!:-))

This was harder than I planned for today. Today should’ve been a no weights day for me but I had to do it. I’m hoping to get back to joining live but typically work out very early.
Amy, did you just turn a pyramid workout into a no-repeat workout? 👏 This kicked my butt, but you kept it interesting and quick. Don’t look at the clock…cut to everyone looking at the timer. 🤣

I enjoy your workouts! They would be even better if there was music to go along with the live workouts. I really find music motivating and it makes the workout more enjoyable. Your other workouts I think the music could be a bit louder. Maybe that’s a difficult thing to do, but just my view. Thank you for all you do.
