I doubt you will see this but I just wanted to say thank you. I'm 30 and have been obese and severely under active for a good part of my life – at least long enough to not be able to remember NOT being this way!
I started to turn my life around last year when I began therapy and, more recently, when I made the decision to take my life back from addiction and obesity. I discovered your channel in January and it has been a blessing. I have never been able to stick to workouts and have been able to do your workouts 5-7 days a week for the last few months. I have lost 20lbs and several inches, with the numbers continuing to drop.
You and your incredible workouts have been integral to my life and health. I will continue to follow your workouts and get fit and healthy. Thank you for your compassion, energy and dedication!

Interesting compound movements, however I think that most everybody has better form and technique in one of the moves, it is hard to do it in both. It is all about good form and technique to reach goals with the help of nutrition, of course!
