This is a Triple Threat workout focusing on your Abs, Butt & Thighs. No Equipment needed. Just yourself and a small space. Let’s SWEAT and BURN CALORIES!!

Exercises:
1) Squat & Twist
2) In-Out Squat Jump
3) Wide Squat Heel Lift
4) Lunge to Curtsy
5) Glute Kickbacks
6) Hip Bridge March
7) V to Knee Tucks

Circuit: 45 secs Workout – 15 secs Rest
Repeated twice.

I am from Indonesia. I have a lower back problem, at my L5 to be precise. This has made me difficult to find a suitable and Lower back friendly excercise for all type of excercise such as strength, fat burn, abs. etc. I have try to find at Youtube but usually only provide for strengthen the lower back or fix the Lower back issue or only targetting to 1 specific goal such as abs. Maybe you can help to provide with a lower back series of excercise and lower back friendly for strength, abs, fat burn and the all the rest. Thank you

I'm from Indonesia. I always follow your workout. I ve done 10000 planks and squat for 2 months and it is succed for my butt
do u have exercise for cellulite? I'm a mother of 3 kids…Ive lose my weight but not my cellulite. would u help me?😭
