AMY What GREAT CIRCUITS. I LOVE EVERYONE of them. They were CHALLENGING! I also love how we got it all in. Dumbbells to kettlebells to body weight and cardin. I love this FORMAT! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS AMAZING WORKOUT!

Love this combo of both strength, cardio and mobility, would LOVE more of this combo, where we get it all in!:-) And I can´t thank you enough for theese awesome summerchallenges, helps me so much to stay consistent. Looking forward to Sculpt! Thanks Amy!❤
